In the heart of the Basque country, in the magnificent Aldudes valley, come and discover a traditional cuisine based on local products. We invite you to come and taste our Basque and Mexican specialities: veal axoa, beef terrine, dried meat, chili con carne, homemade Basque cake... Reservation required.
