Ferme Uronakoborda

Our farm Uronakoborda is located only one kilometer from the center of the village of Ainhoa. We offer direct sales of our Espelette chilli pepper production and farmhouse Kintoa pork terrines, confits and cured meats, guaranteed without coloring or preservatives or additives. Our pigs are raised on 9 hectares of forest, which allows them to feed naturally in the open air as soon as they are 3 months old and for at least 1 year.

We also ensure the entire chain of production of chilli pepper: from the seed to the powder, as well as the preparation of derived products (jellies, mustards and coulis).
